Spagetti Bolognese



errr...lamee btol x post apee2 kat cni..
so arituh bru wat spagetti neh...
lets share it..

ingredients

daging kisar
sosej potong halus2
cendawan butang
udang
sos prego tradisional
bawang putih
parmesan cheese
basil
spagetti

cara2..

1.rebus spagetti n letak minyak siket so that spaghetti tu x melekit
2tumis bawang putih n then bila da naik bau letak sos prego bersama sedikit air
3. Next campak jer semua bahan-bahan cendawan, dagin kualig kisar, sosej dan udang dalam kuali n masak smpai pekat
4. hidangkn bersama spagetti dan taburkn basil bersama parmesan cheese...

AIdilaDha 2011


i guess its been a year since the last EID...
like last year..masrah still spent her EID at my house..
it seems like it was just a couple months back since the last EID..
time sure does move faster..


My parents just build a new pagola..so here goes...

n masrah...this year its just her n me..

bLuEbeRY CHEESE cakes..



Sempena aidiladha...i decided to make blueberry cheesecake..



it looks good..n it taste superb...

Bahan-bahan
Bahan-bahan A:
250 gm biskut mudah hadam - lebih kurang 200g
125 gm mentega tanpa garam - letak 100g

Bahan-bahan B:
200 ml krim putar(whipping cream)
250 gm krim keju
165 gm gula kastor - letak 150g
1 sudu besar jus lemon- 2 sb

Bahan-bahan C:
15 gm gelatin halal
100ml air
- campurkan air dgn gelatin atas double boiler dan sejukkan selama 5 minit

Topping
Blueberry topping secukupnyer
Jus lemon
Gula caster
Sedikit air

Cara-cara
  1. Hancurkan biskut sehingga jadi serbuk.Sediakan loyang acuan berukuran 8 inci.
  2. Cairkan mentega. Tuangkan mentega kedlm bekas berisi biskut tadi. Kacau rata.
  3. Tekankan adunan biskut ke dalam loyang sehingga menjadi rata dan padat.Sejukkan dlm peti ais selama lebih kurang 30 minit agar ia menjadi keras.
  4. Pukul krim putar sehingga pekat dan gebu.Ketepikan.
  5. Pukul krim keju bersama-sama gula dan jus lemon sehingga sebati.Setelah itu masukkan gelatin dan gaul lagi sehingga sebati.
  6. Kemudian tuangkan bahan ini kedlm bekas yg berisi krim putar tadi dan gaul rata dgn menggunakan whisk.
  7. Keluarkan adunan biskut dlm peti ais.Tuangkan 1/3 adunan krim cheese td keatas adunan biskut.Ratakan dan letakkan buah strawberry.Akhir sekali tuangkan adunan sampai habis. Sejukkan di dalam peti ais sekurang2nya 3 jam. >>Lepas dah keras adunan cheese boleh sapukan fresh cream yg dpukul sebelum dtuangkan kuah topping, lebih kurang 150ml fresh cream.
  8. Buat topping dgn mencampurkan bhn topping semua sekali, apabila telah mendidih,tutup api. Sejukkan.
  9. Tuangkan kuah topping hingga habis.

10 months..




tonite x boleh tydo...
so i end up browsing my old entry...
and i found this...


its been almost 10 months since this entry...
a lot hav change ever since...
how should i put this...
if 10 months ago...
all i think about is myself...
like..after finishing my degree...i'll continue my master..
n saving my jpa to pay for my master..
or having to work far from where i stay..
or just getting married at the age of 25...
or just...not thinking bout my future so well define...
i guess...that is it...
that was 10 months ago...

ever since i've made comitment to this guy...
we were bound to his family n my family..
things change...
my thought change...
now u are willing to put aside your study to give room for a bound promise...
u need to think a way to be financially fit..
to pay for ur kendurik la kn...haha...
or thinking a way to find job..
manage finances little by little...
now u learn slowly to think for two...
learn to stay healthy....
there is just so much more things that hav change..
but in a way that i never hav imagine..
i am glad for everything that has happen...

so...berdoala smoga smua berjalan seperti dirancang...
its a long way to go..

KEk MArbLE

Ingredients

1 1/2 cawan gula halus

1 1/2 cawan mentega

3 cawan tepung gandum

1 sudu teh baking powder

5 biji telur

sedikit vanila

3 jenis pewarna yang berlainan

sedikit bancuhan susu tepung

Directions

- pukul mentega dengan gula hingga kembang

- masukkan sebiji demi sebiji telur dan di pukul lagi

- masukkan tepung,vanila dan baking powder

- bahagikan kepada 3 bahgian untuk 3 warna yang berbeza

- tuangkan ke dalam loyang @ bekas berselang seling atau berlapis

- dan bakar selama 35-45 minit

assalamualaikum...
slamat ari raya aidilfitri...
n maaf zahir batin..
4 ari neh...
rayer sakan...
ari2 kuar berayer...
n esok da start kene balek USM untok uroskn dak2 bru....

one word for this year eid..
meaningful....=) kenyit2 mata...



EId 1st day...woot2..i learn to wear jubah dis year...
n i choose jubah ala2 klawar gitoo...
yer...sy posing cmneh nk tunjok kelawar...silala pahum...


first ari rayer ada mama n abah jer...so braya 3 org jer...n i pretty much stay at home jd bibik mase raya pertama.....n layan org rmai dtg umah...

2nd day of eid...i went out with these guys since aiman buat open house...
muka kami control ayu...


so...we went to lots of other houses also...
notice aiman n my face expression are lebeh kureng burok jer...hahaha


3rd day of raya...i spent going out to kenduri with this guy..
amik aura org nk kahwin mane lar tau kami dpt kahwin cpt nnti...bhahaa...
sape nk sponser neh?
eih...awk sbelah knape wat muke 30 sen tuh..errr...

4 th day of raya...i went to one of my best friend during high school pnye kndurik...
8 years of relationship..
lastly the tied their knot...
n nmpak x sy bwak ank cdare yg da buat muke singgit sbb mak cdare dye x sedar diri...
n how bdk laki yg pkai bju kotak2 kat blakang tuh posing skema...


ohh...ank sdareku korek idong...bhahaha...


raya was a blast and meaningful this year...

Red veLvet cake with cream cheese topping...


Selamat hari raya aidilfitri...
maaf zahir dan batin..
so the purpose of this post sbb nk share resipe..
sempena eid arituh...i make red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting..
n it is super creamy...
n super tasty...


this is what i manage to decorate...

so...i get the resipe from this blog..

Ingredients:-
12/3 cup self raising flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder-(Ayu used Valrhona cocoa powder)
1/2 tsp baking soda
110g butter-(Ayu used 125g)
1 cup fine sugar- (Ayu used 3/4 cup)

2 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup buttermilk-( made 1/2 cup milk + 1/2 tbsp distilled vinegar- leave it for while abt 15-20 minutes-but used only 1/4 cup)
1 tsp vinegar
1/2 bottle liquid red colour or 1 tsp red gel

Method:-
Cream butter & sugar till creamy. Add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla essence. Mix in dry ingredients(sifted) & milk plus buttermilk in alternate batches, ending with dry ingredients. Lastly stir in vinegar.Bake in a preheat oven at 170C for 30-40 minutes or just cooked

Cream Cheese Frosting
250g Philadelphia cheese
125 butter
1 cup icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
juice of a squeezed slice of lemon

Beat the cheese and butter, just until creamy, add the icing sugar, vanilla and lemon juice.

decorate it with choclate ganache and it will looks perfect..



tadaaa...simply sedaap !!

it makes eid taste sweeter...

Ayam MAsak Lemon bermadu..



woot2...
arineh nk kongsi resipe ayam mask lemon bermadu...
yg biasa buat kat restoran mahal2 tuh..
tp kalau buat kat umah onkossnya muarah aja..


Bahan
400 gm ayam tanpa tulang, dipotong ke 2 kepingan sama
2 s/k Serbuk Pati Ayam MAGGI
lada sulah secukup rasa
1 biji telur, dipukul sedikit
1 cawan tepung jagung (auntuk menyalut ayam)
minyak untuk goreng terendam
2 ulas bawang putih (cincangkan)

BAHAN UNTUK SOS
1) Jus Lemon (1/4 cawan)
2) Madu (1 sudu besar)
3) Air (1 cawan)
4) Stok Ayam (2 sudu kecil)
5) Tepung Jagung (1 sudu besar)
6) Halia - dihiris nipis (1 inci)
7) Gula (2 1/2 sudu besar)

cara-cara

1. Buat hirisan pangkah di atas permukaan daging ayam.
Perapkann ayam dengan Pati MAGGI dan lada hitam selama 10 minit.

2. Sadur nipis ayam dengan telur, kemudian dengan tepung jagung
Goreng terendam ayam hingga kekuningan dan tuskan.

4.buat sos dgn masakkan air bersama stok ayam,jus lemon,halia,gula dan tepung jagung sehingga pekat dan tuangkan keatas ayam yg telah digoreng..

tRiFFLe puddiNg !!



this is the first time i did this...
nampak mc susah nk wat sbb ade byk layer..
but actually...senang sgt nk wat..
mostly guna bahan yg da siap...


see...3 layer...4 kalau include fruit cocktail..
me...letak dalam satu mangkuk besar senang...
tp kalau nk letak lam bekas kecik2 pon boleh jer...


bahan-bahan
1 swiss role(kek gulung)
2 sudu besar tepung kastard
1 tin susu cair
3 sudu besar gula
1 paket strawberry jelly
1 tin fruit cocktail

cara-cara(layer by layer dari bawah)

layer pertama
-potong kek swiss role tadi dan ratakan pada bahagian bawah bekas

layer kedua
-satu tin susu cair disebatikan bersama dua sudu besar tepung kastard
-kemudian masakkan diatas api dan tambah 3 sudu besar gula dan seterusnya kacau sehingga pekat(tambah sedikit air)
-biarkan sejuk sedikit dan tuangkan atas layer pertama

layer ketiga
-taburkan fruit cocktail

layer terakhir
-masak sepaket jelly strawberry bersama 2 cawan air diatas api sehingga larut dan tuangkan sebagai layer terakhir..


lastly...sejukkan dalam peti ais..


tadaaa...seyess sedap !!

PudINg CastarD bekUah !!



puding kastard neh sgt simple n sgt senang !!
kompem seedap n lazat !!

bahan-bahan
1 cawan tepung kastard
1/2 cawan gula
4 cawan air
1 tin susu cair
1 tin fruit coctail

cara-cara
1. sebatikan tepung kastad dalam air kemudian hidupkan api dan masukkan gula yang telah dilarutkan dalam air panas
2.masak kastad td hingga pekat dan masukkan dalam loyang
3.sejukkan puding kastad td dalam peti ais
4.untuk kuah pula campurkan susu pekat dan fruit cocktail dan hidang kan bersama puding...(jika tidak suka terlalu pekat, tambahkan sedikit air..)
